The CCG has been approached by Healthwatch Gloucestershire to share information about a GP project they are launching.
At Healthwatch Gloucestershire, they are about to launch a project around GP Surgeries, which forms part of their Priorities for this year and follows feedback they have been receiving from members of the public.
As with all the Healthwatch work, the information you share with them will be completely anonymous, as they are interested in your personal experiences of accessing and using GP Services.
The project will run for two weeks from Monday 23 November and finish on Friday 4 December and they are looking specifically at three areas, Access, Technology and Staff Attitude.
You can get involved in various different ways, such as completing our Online Survey, which should take no longer than five minutes. Alternatively you may like to speak to them in person and verbally share your experiences, and if so, you can do this in two ways. Firstly, you could book a place on a Zoom Focus Group where there will be a maximum of 5 participants in each group, to enable everyone to speak freely and be given the time and space they need.
There will be six Focus Groups and here are the dates and times:-
- 23 November – 2pm – 4pm
- 25 November – 10.30am – 12.30pm
- 27 November – 10am – midday
- 1 December – 2.30pm – 4.30pm
- 2 December – 10am – midday
- 3 December – 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Alternatively, if you would prefer to speak to one person, we will arrange an informal chat at a mutually convenient time.
Everyone who takes part in a Focus Group or 1-1 conversation, will have the chance to win £50.00 of High Street Gift Vouchers!
